Properties and building costs
Prices are free of broker's commission. They are all-inclusive prices and include estate, building, design and engineering calculations. Prices start
from 200.000 EUR and depend on special wishes concerning construction, furniture etc.

Facility Management All properties will have the following facilities and services provided by Taylors Hill Club:
Security System: 24 hour guards on the perimeter and at road access points including access control. Infra red system to all properties with direct link to police station and security at the entrance.
Landscaping: Landscaping / maintenance service to all properties (mowing of grass and watering plants etc.)
Maintenance: On call maintenance to all properties for emergency services including electrical, water and sewage problem maintenance.
Road Network: Maintenance of all roads, bridges and cullets.
Housekeeping: Twice a week bed linen services and general cleaning in absence of owners

Typical Utility Fees (Calculations based on four persons per property) - Electricity: 150,- USD per month
- Water: 125,- USD per month
- Sewerage: 75,- USD per month
